Neutral but Necessary: The Beauty of Ordinary Meditation Days

Day 12 of my Meditation Journey 🧘‍♂️✨

Another day, another session completed ✅ — today’s meditation felt... neutral. Nothing extraordinary, nothing challenging, just there. Like brushing your teeth — doesn’t feel new anymore but you know it’s good for you.

But here’s the win πŸ‘‰ I’m able to sit for longer now without those constant breaks or disturbances. That’s a big achievement for me πŸ™Œ Slowly, steadily — focus is building up, brick by brick πŸ—️

However, sleepiness is still tagging along like an uninvited guest 😴 — probably because of my bad sleep schedule. But I’ve made peace with it for now, because waking up early is my priority these days πŸŒ….

One strange yet beautiful thing I noticed: those random, roaming thoughts during meditation — they pop up... but after I finish, I literally forget them 🫠. It’s like how you forget your dreams the moment you wake up. Weird but oddly satisfying.

And that presence of mind — it’s growing, layer by layer, like watching clouds clear after a storm ☁️☀️

Right now, meditation is just becoming part of my mornings — nothing forced, nothing fancy — just me, my breath, and a bit of peace πŸŒ€

Let’s see what tomorrow brings πŸ—“️
