The Day I Met My Higher Self in Meditation

πŸŒ• Day 6: Holograms, Healing, and Hidden Discoveries

Today marks Day 6 of my meditation journey — a journey that continues to surprise me with unexpected lessons and subtle transformations. 🧘‍♂️✨

πŸ•°️ Schedule Chaos, But Growth Still Happens
I’ll be honest — my meditation schedule has been all over the place lately. Initially, I was doing it consistently in the early morning, and that experience was nothing short of magical. πŸŒ… I felt calm, centered, and aligned. Then I thought, "Why not try it at night?" πŸŒ™ But that turned out to be a disaster 😡 — distractions, tiredness, and lack of mental clarity made it hard to focus.

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to fix a particular time for meditation. It’s been inconsistent. And that’s my honest review — a lack of discipline in timing. But despite that, every single session, whether it felt good or not, came with one thing in common:
πŸ‘‰ I learned. I experienced. I felt something meaningful.

🌟 Today's Session: The Power of Lying Down

After today's 30-minute session (done in my usual spot), I tried something new: instead of jumping straight into my day, I simply lay down on the floor.

No rush. No resistance. Just a gentle stretch, the kind we naturally do when we wake up. πŸ›ŒπŸ’€
And in that moment... I felt something release.
A lightness in my body, a calm in my mind. It was as if all the tension I’d carried — mentally and physically — just melted away. ☁️🧘‍♀️
I’m now calling this my “post-meditation stretch ritual,” and I think it should be a part of everyone's practice. It was healing.

πŸŒ€ The Blue Hologram: Competing With My Higher Self

Now, this may sound strange, but something fascinating happened during my meditation...
Lately, I’ve been watching The Devil's Plan on Netflix — a show that’s all about strategy and mind games. 🎭🧠 And today, that theme entered my meditation.

At one point, when my mind was trying to drift, I imagined this meditation as a competition against my best self. And suddenly, I saw myself — not in the mirror, but sitting right in front of me...
πŸ”· A blue hologram version of me. Calm. Composed. Unshakeable.
It wasn’t scary — it was inspiring. Like my highest self had shown up to say:
"You’re getting closer."

This moment gave me chills. ❄️ The thought that meditation is not just about silence, but also about connecting to the best version of yourself — that’s powerful.

🌱 Tiny Changes, Tremendous Shifts

Beyond the surreal moments, I’ve noticed subtle shifts — quiet but meaningful:

  • 🧍‍♂️ Steadiness: My body doesn’t fidget as much now. I feel grounded.

  • πŸ’Š Mental Medicine: Meditation is becoming my daily dose of calm.

  • πŸ—£️ Confidence: A few weeks ago, I was avoiding people, afraid to talk, weighed down by failure and self-doubt. But now? I'm able to speak freely, even if just a little. No pressure. Just progress.

And here's the most surprising part...
My dad, who usually carries a neutral or serious expression and tends to get irritated over small things, seems to have changed too. 😲
Lately, he’s been smiling more, cracking light jokes, and enjoying moments with us. It’s as if the whole family is syncing into a better frequency. πŸŽΆπŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘©‍πŸ‘§‍πŸ‘¦
Coincidence? Magic? Or just energy shifting around us as we shift within?

πŸ’ Final Reflection:

This journey has never been about perfection. It's been about discovery, resilience, and honesty with myself. Whether the day is hard or smooth, I come out of meditation feeling like I've touched something real — even if just for a moment.

Let’s see what Day 7 brings. 🚢‍♂️
But for now, I’ll carry the blue hologram, the lightness of the stretch, and the subtle transformations in my heart.

πŸŒ€ Until tomorrow.
