Day - 2

Day 2 — Neville Goddard 30-Day Practice 🌌

Hello and welcome to my world.
It’s Day 2 of practicing the Neville Goddard method for 30 days.

If I review today’s performance honestly — it didn’t go as planned.
The main reason was timing. I practiced it right after my workout, and that was definitely not ideal. You might wonder, why? Well, the body was exhausted.

Meditation might seem like rest, but from my experience, it actually requires energy — especially to maintain posture and stay present.
If your posture isn’t stable, your meditation collapses. And since I’m using meditation to enter that deep sleep-like state for the Neville method, starting in a fatigued condition means the whole process struggles.

That’s exactly what happened today. I couldn’t get into the state, and it felt frustrating — like a bad day.
But even bad days come with lessons, right? And that’s what I’m taking from this one.

In terms of progress, I’d rate today a 1 — and honestly, that’s still better than zero.
And to anyone wondering why I’m even doing this daily blogging, the answer is simple: it’s for myself — to stay consistent, curious, and aware.

Because as we grow older, our curiosity slowly fades.
We stop exploring, stop questioning, stop feeling the joy of newness.
And I refuse to wait until my 60s to realize that truth.
I want to live that curiosity now.

That's how i see my life

Well, That’s all for today.
Always remember — heaven lies in this world, and one day God will ask you,
“How did you enjoy heaven?”

Peace out ☮️
