Building My Mind, One Breath at a Time
🧘♂️ A New Challenge Begins: 30 Minutes of Meditation for 30 Days
There are so many challenges we can try out... but the hardest part is figuring out where to start.
So, I asked ChatGPT for some ideas — and to be honest, it gave me three interesting ones:
-
Wake up at 6:00 AM daily ⏰
-
Quit social media for 30 days 🚫📱
-
Learn a new skill like graphic design or video editing 🎨🎥
All of these are great — but they didn’t feel like me.
Why?
Because I can already wake up at 4 AM with ease.
I’m not even that active on social media — I just use YouTube and Instagram occasionally for entertainment.
What I need is something more rare, powerful, and mentally tough.
Something that pushes my limits and builds me up — from within.
That’s when an idea hit me… 💡
🧠 Let’s Talk About Meditation
We’ve all heard people say,
“Meditate for 5 minutes a day — it helps.”
And maybe it does.
But let’s be real — 5 minutes might bring some calm, but the quality and depth of that experience? It’s limited.
The real transformation comes with consistency and depth.
So here’s what I’m going to do:
🌟 My June Challenge:
Meditate for 30 minutes a day — for 30 days straight.
No skipping.
No excuses.
Just me, my breath, and stillness.
To be clear — I’ve done meditation before…
But usually only 5–10 minutes, and even that isn’t consistent.
Some mornings I do it. Some days I don’t.
And honestly, even 10 minutes sometimes feels like an eternity. 🌀
I’ve never tried 30 minutes straight — and I have no idea what will happen.
🧭 What’s Next?
Tomorrow, I’ll do some research:
-
What happens when someone meditates for 30 minutes a day?
-
Are there benefits most people don’t talk about?
-
What should a beginner expect?
This is just a rough draft idea, formed while I was writing.
But I’m starting to feel excited — and a little nervous.
So stay tuned... 🙏
The full breakdown and challenge plan will be shared soon — maybe tomorrow.
Until then, thank you for reading.
And now, with your permission, I’m signing off. 🖋️
