Stars in the Void: Thoughts from Day 4 of Meditation

๐ŸŒ„ Day 4 Meditation Journey – Reflections, Realizations & Small Evolutions ๐Ÿง˜‍♂️๐Ÿง

So, it's officially Day 4, and so far... it's going good. ๐ŸŒฑ Every session is like peeling off another layer of my mind and body, and today’s experience felt deeper and more nuanced than before.

๐Ÿ”ด Body Update During Meditation

One thing I’ve noticed is that the redness around eyes that used to appear during meditation is almost gone now — which feels like a positive shift. However, those mid-head headaches are still lingering. It’s not sharp pain, but a weird sensation — like the discomfort roams around my brain, shifting places. It’s still a bit mysterious to me.

But here's the interesting part... ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿ’ฅ

After my meditation session, I feel a kind of heaviness in the brain. Not a headache. Not pain. More like… my brain gets filled with something — maybe blood, maybe energy. It feels like the nerves across my head are charged, like there’s more volume or density to my brain. Strange? Yes. But also kind of amazing. It makes me think something powerful is happening within.

๐Ÿง˜‍♂️ Body Positioning & Relaxation Insights

One big realization:
I have to loosen my body before meditating. Stretching, shaking out tension, doing a few relaxing breaths — these really help. When I meditate with a stiff body, it feels forced. Like I’m trying to “achieve” something. But when I relax beforehand, the meditation becomes natural and more enjoyable. ๐Ÿ˜Œ✨

Today, I meditated on the stairs. Not the most comfortable place, but I was trying to find a new position to ease the discomfort I sometimes feel when sitting for long periods. While stairs helped a bit, the downside is that they put pressure on my feet, and after a while, it became painful. ๐Ÿช‘๐Ÿฆถ

Also — something curious — when I finish meditating, I often feel a crack or pop in my lower back, like what a chiropractor might do. Almost like my spine is adjusting itself into alignment. That’s fascinating. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ‍๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’ซ

๐Ÿงฑ Support is Stability

One golden tip I learned today:
Always support your lower back during meditation. Whether it’s a cushion, a rolled blanket, or the back of a chair — when your lower back is stable, your entire posture becomes more grounded. And this helps your mind settle faster. I call it the shortcut to reaching that “frozen state” where thoughts slow down and stillness begins. ❄️๐Ÿชต

๐Ÿ“ต Digital Detox: A Trick That Works

I’m also experimenting with something bold — a digital detox.
And to be honest... it feels almost impossible in today’s world. ๐Ÿ˜ต‍๐Ÿ’ป My work, communication, learning — it’s all tied to gadgets. But I discovered a hack that actually helps:

๐Ÿ‘‰ I turned my screen to black and white (grayscale).
Suddenly, my phone and laptop look dull, lifeless — not so seductive anymore. Without the vibrant colors, I naturally scroll less, tap less, and use my devices more mindfully. For today’s generation, this might be one of the easiest solutions to digital addiction. Try it — you’ll be shocked how fast your screen loses its power over you. ๐Ÿ“ฑ⚪⚫

๐ŸŒŒ Ideas During Meditation: Like Stars in the Void

Something really cosmic happened today...
While meditating, ideas began to appear — like tiny sparks in the darkness. It felt like I was floating in space — black, infinite — and suddenly thoughts would pop up like stars. ๐ŸŒŒ๐Ÿ’ญ✨

At that moment, I had a choice:

  • Observe the idea

  • Or let it pass like a drifting cloud

If I focused on the idea too much, the meditation shifted from silence to problem-solving mode. And weirdly enough, sometimes I got actual solutions to things I’d been stuck on. Like an internal brainstorming session inside a cosmic void. Super cool, but I know that’s not pure meditation — more like self-analysis mode. Still, I’m embracing it for what it is.

๐Ÿ˜  Where’s the Anger Gone?

I read somewhere that consistent meditation reduces anger, and honestly... I think it’s happening to me.
But it’s a weird benefit, because when you get less angry, you also lose the opportunity to notice how much you’ve changed. I find myself less reactive — but it's hard to measure. There's no fight, no trigger — just more inner quiet. ๐Ÿ•Š️๐Ÿ’ฌ

๐Ÿง˜‍♂️ Silence, Steadiness & Presence

What I’ve deeply started to love is the quality of silence that meditation brings.
Not just the absence of sound... but the presence of peace. I’m someone who already enjoys silence, but now it feels deeper, like I’m swimming in calm still waters. ๐Ÿง˜‍♂️๐ŸŒŠ

After meditating, it’s not about feeling “relaxed” or “calm” — it’s more than that.
It’s this feeling of steadiness. Like everything is okay. Like there’s no need to move, no urge to fix, no rush to do. Just being still feels perfect. And that, to me, is a huge win.

๐Ÿ”š Wrapping Up Today’s Reflection

So that’s my Day 4 update. A mix of physical changes, mental sharpness, spiritual moments, and lifestyle experiments.

If you’ve got advice, questions, or thoughts — I’d love to hear them.
Until then… see you tomorrow, same space, same stillness. ๐Ÿง˜‍♂️๐ŸŒŒ

Stay steady, stay curious, stay kind. ๐Ÿ’™
