The Subconscious Door: My Glimpse Into the Unknown
Day 15 – Halfway to the Unknown π§♂️
hello world π
it’s day 15 and we have achieved half the journey of meditation so far. we should consider this as a big achievement, but not for settling down — it’s for enhancing ourselves more to finish what we started and learn from this journey.
today’s meditation review was neutral, just like the other days. but i have to admit — my observation skills are much better than i expected them to be. and here’s my favourite part — i again noticed something strange… but before that, let’s talk about something else first.
what do we really know about the subconscious mind? interestingly, we don’t know much about it — unless you’re someone who’s deeply into that subject. and just like you, i don’t know much either. i just know it’s like an automation mode — your senses are not so active there, and that’s the difference between conscious and subconscious.
and the main reason we can’t achieve that state easily is because — it’s not an easy task until you do meditation. meditation is the path where you can slowly reach that reward.
now the question is — why do we even need that? π€
i think the answer is to explore. there’s this thought in the bhagavad gita that says if you’re able to control all your senses, you can achieve anything you want from this world. and it makes sense. in today’s world, we call that discipline. it’s the key to achieving goals.
now imagine this — just by controlling your conscious senses, you can already become a better version of yourself. and what if you could understand and tap into the subconscious? what if you could go deeper?
there’s something in this world we don’t fully know yet — or maybe our capabilities aren’t enough yet to reach that. but i feel like meditation is that path to reach it. and i’ve started experiencing that the subconscious part holds many mysteries.
and one of those mysteries is speed ⚡
i know this sounds crazy, like some DC or comic stuff — flash vibes — but not like superpowers or anything. i mean think about bruce lee — his punches were so fast they couldn’t be captured properly on video. is that really possible? i think yes.
all these things i’m sharing — it’s not from books — it’s what i’m experiencing myself. the only thing is that i can experience it only for small moments.
let me give you an example π
when we sleep, or if you’ve seen someone sleeping, sometimes you notice that for a brief moment, their body part moves very fast — like under the eyes or sudden hand or leg jerk. same happens with dogs when they sleep — they move their feet for like a fraction of a second ππ¦Ί. strange, right?
many might think maybe i was about to sleep during meditation, but here’s the interesting part — when this happens while sleeping, the person doesn’t know about it. but during meditation, i knew it was happening. i was aware. like conscious inside subconscious. and that’s freaking cool.
and trust me, i don’t know what’s coming next
but i’m ready to face it
that’s all for today
signing off like usual
peace ☮️π€
