When Meditation Becomes Mental Training — Day 18 of My Journey
Hello and warm welcome to this amazing space — it's Day 18 of my beautiful and ongoing meditation journey 🧘♂️✨
So far, I can honestly say this journey has been full of experiences — not just things I’m seeing right now, but things I’m pretty sure I’ll see unfolding in the future too. 🌱
Now here we go with today’s meditation review. As I already informed you before, this journey might feel like a bit of a rush right now since the dates are not fully aligned with the days. But no worries — everything happens for a reason. Either it’s already written for us or it’s destined for us. Instead of diving into the mysteries of past lives or worrying about the future, what truly matters is focusing on the present moment. 🕰️
Now comes the real question — can I really learn anything big in just a single day? Or achieve something in such a small amount of time? Well, most of you would say “Nothing happens that quick.” You can’t grow a plant into a tree in one amazing day. 🌳
But being an observer, I know I can learn a great lesson even in a single amazing day — whether it looks small or insignificant to others, I can feel it. And today’s lesson was powerful:
When meditation no longer feels like meditation, but becomes pure mental training. 🧠🔥
Believe it or not, maybe I’m right or maybe I’m wrong. Maybe the whole time I’ve been doing it wrong, or maybe I wasn’t even meant for this. But still — these experiences I’m talking about — I never got them from any other training, from anywhere else but meditation itself. And whether I ever become a master of this or not — that doesn’t even matter anymore. What matters is that these experiences are real, and they deserve to be recognized. ✅
Now — come back to your focus. Think deeply about what I mean by that phrase:
When you sit for a long time in meditation, your mind will scream at you to stop. Your pain reaches its peak. Your thoughts distract you. And in that moment, only your mind can command your body to hold the line. 🧘♂️🧩
That’s when you realize — you don’t need motivation videos, fancy gadgets, or productivity hacks. What you actually need is discipline of the mind and cooperation from the body. 💪🧠
And I think… as this journey continues for a longer time (I’m now considering doing this for at least a year), I can already see the glimpses of how this mental training works. Slowly but surely, distractions start to fall away. You start to feel how much more potential you’ve been ignoring all this time.
Maybe I didn’t explain it as clearly as I wanted to tonight — it’s late, the human body naturally winds down. 🌙
But this is where I’m at right now. That’s all I’m sharing for today.
Until then — peace out ✌️🖤
